A Balanced Stay

The hotel location was convenient. I liked how the beach was close. The gardens are well kept. Many staff members were professional. Guest relations responded quickly.
My room had three single beds. Only two people stayed in the room. The walls felt bare. There weren't any pictures or decorations. This. food labels and allergy information at the buffet were missing. This was especially true for salads and sauces. I could not see what ingredients were used.

The staff was very friendly and happy to help. They gave us a cake and flowers for our anniversary. This hotel includes beautiful beaches and good service.
The hotel needs some small improvements. Our room had three single beds, even though there were two of us. Removing the extra bed would create more space.

Pablo's Italian restaurant is available, and the food is amazing there. The resort has a buffet offering lots of options for meals, so there is something for everyone. This includes fresh fruit and fresh cooked food. It has many choices.

the rooms here are really big. i got a superior pool or side sea view room and it had two separate sinks. the rainfall shower was super cool. the pool area is awesome i swear. there are like twenty loungers. a shaded section is available too.
the gym had only three treadmills. stationary bikes numbered only two. it was a bummer.

staff was friendly and helpful. the heated pools made winter swims nice. all the food tasted delicious with options for everyone. pools looked great.
finding a free lounger by the pool in the afternoon was a bit of a challenge, but i always found somewhere eventually. the lack of loungers made me stress a bit but that was ok.
