The room had a good view of the pool and the sea. Service was nice. The staff were always smiling and helpful. I enjoyed the variety of food, especially the grilled vegetables, fish, and sweets.

My room looked dated and needed repainting. I saw silicone everywhere in the shower and toilet. The shower drained poorly. After a couple of minutes, you were ankle-deep in water.

A Balanced Stay

convenient location professional staff missing information bare walls

The hotel location was convenient. I liked how the beach was close. The gardens are well kept. Many staff members were professional. Guest relations responded quickly.

My room had three single beds. Only two people stayed in the room. The walls felt bare. There weren't any pictures or decorations. This. food labels and allergy information at the buffet were missing. This was especially true for salads and sauces. I could not see what ingredients were used.

The staff was very friendly and happy to help. They gave us a cake and flowers for our anniversary. This hotel includes beautiful beaches and good service.

The hotel needs some small improvements. Our room had three single beds, even though there were two of us. Removing the extra bed would create more space.

separate sinks shaded section

the rooms here are really big. i got a superior pool or side sea view room and it had two separate sinks. the rainfall shower was super cool. the pool area is awesome i swear. there are like twenty loungers. a shaded section is available too.

the gym had only three treadmills. stationary bikes numbered only two. it was a bummer.

lovely visit with good vibes

heated pools delicious dishes maintained pools friendly staff

staff was friendly and helpful. the heated pools made winter swims nice. all the food tasted delicious with options for everyone. pools looked great.

finding a free lounger by the pool in the afternoon was a bit of a challenge, but i always found somewhere eventually. the lack of loungers made me stress a bit but that was ok.

the resort is not close to city shops, it offered a peaceful retreat. a long promenade near the bay made for morning and evening walks. i did enjoy seeing sunrise and sunset.

the hotel staff was kind, they assisted me with all requests. the reception team helped me to choose a room. the room service delivered promptly, this gave me a relaxed stay.

many a la carte restaurants made dining special. pablo's italian restaurant stood out because the food was great. i had a fancy meal and a great service, this made dining an amazing memory.
